Greetings First Free Church. It’s a privilege and pleasure to continue serving you in ministry. I pray for you daily, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord Jesus. So that you may be fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in your knowledge of God. I pray that you will be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, so you will have all endurance and patience, and be filled with joy. Below you will find updates from our various deacons and ministry team leaders.

Children, Youth and Family Ministries

Christian Education. The mission of this ministry is essentially the same as the mission of our church: we aim to help children, youth, and families as a whole, be disciples of Jesus Christ. We desire that they may grow in the knowledge and admonition of our Lord, and that their knowledge of God and right relationship with Him may transform all aspects of their lives.

Adult Discipleship and Small Groups

Small Groups facilitate the studying of God’s Word together, praying in unity, carrying burdens with one another, sharing meals together. Small Groups draw us closer to Christ, to each other, and provides support to endure even the biggest challenges of life.

Evangelism and Outreach

The elders are discussion new outreach and evangelism initiatives. Watch for details, and remember that this pandemic is an opportunity to show and speak the Gospel to those around us. Let your neighbors know that you are praying for their health and safety, do a grocery for someone who is elderly, inform, or otherwise constrained from doing so themselves, and be sure to continue practicing safe distancing to avoid potential spread of the virus. When you show the Gospel, you will soon get a chance to speak the Gospel!

Grace & Peace,
Del, Pastor of Evangelism & Christian Education
