We praise God for a new season of ministry at First Free, and we want to lay a strong foundation to pursue our vision and mission together in the months and years ahead. Part of that involves some changes to our ministry staff. Below you will find three resources:
1) A snapshot list of our staff for 2022 and beyond,
2) A 3-page PDF explanation to share more of the staffing changes with you, and
3) A 5-page PDF description of First Free’s Leadership Roles, which encompasses both staff and lay leadership, and a “Transition Map” that we shared with First Free leaders in June 2021 and have used as a guide over this past year.

Please be praying for our staff as many of them step into new responsibilities and all of them work together as a new team to bring glory to God and build His church.

Note: we’ll have one full-time staff member + seven part-time staff members. This staffing plan reinforces and relies on the whole congregation to be engaged in pursuing the mission and vision of the church.
